FAQs

Condoms

Not at all. The thickness of the condom does not reflect the safety of the product. The ranges of thinness and thickness in our condom range are purely for comfort and pleasure without compromising safety.

Yes. However, we recommend if you do use for oral sex that you replace the condom before vaginal sex.

There is no research to say they cannot be used but you increase the risk of the condom slipping off when wet.

Our condoms are different sizes to suit our growing customer base and their specific needs. You can view our size guide for more information.

Other than the EXS website and in the UK, you can find our condoms in several countries including Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Estonia, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Latvia, Iceland and Ireland.

EXS manufactures all of its condoms to the legislations of both UK, Europe and US under the requirements of ISO4074:2015.

Our factories are also licensed to manufacture condoms to the following standards:

  • ISO 9001:2020
  • ISO 13485:2016
  • Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC CEO499
  • China Compulsory Certification (CCC)
  • USFDA 21 CFR Part 820 Quality Systems
  • British Standards Institution (BSI) Kitemark Certification
  • European Standards (CE)
  • American Standards (FDA)

Lubes

All our lubes are purely water-based which makes them both clear and non-sticky.

There is no limit on the amount of lube to used. In most cases, lube is by gay men and women with vaginal dryness but many couples now use lube to increase the sensation during sex. Go wild.

Lubes can be used anywhere on the body but it is probably not a good idea if you got some in your eye.
